Edinburgh College is one of many venues the famous trophy will visit as part of Hibernian’s four-month “Persevered Scottish Cup Trophy Tour” which launched earlier this week. The extensive tour will aim to target 40,000 children, students and fans across 114 venues, one for every year the club waited to win the William Hill Scottish Cup since the last victory in 1902. Hibernian captain David Gray, who headed home the winning goal in last season’s final to end the club’s 114-year wait to lift the cup, will help make the draw, alongside Scottish FA president Alan McRae, and a representative from competition sponsors William Hill.
