Fans and stars have paid tribute to Fernando Ricksen, after the former Rangers captain led a charity match as he battles motor neurone disease.
Over 40,000 fans turned out at Ibrox for a fundraising tribute match between a Rangers select side and an All-Star select team, which was kicked off by Ricksen.
"It was very emotional," said Michael Mols, a former teammate of Ricksen. "There were moments when it was very hard.
"He's a fighter, and he showed that today. He wanted to be part of the day. You saw him enjoying himself, and it gave him a lot of energy."
